Friendly staff. Food finely cooked (pikeperch super crispy tasty grilled on the skin ?). Price-performance matches the wonderfully located outside terrace.

Wow! A great place to enjoy, right on the other side of the Schlachte - calm and maritime. The service was excellent casual and friendly - and the food was very good! Keep going and come back!

!!! Attention rating during Corona time !!!! Allocation took a while, otherwise very nice and competent staff. Prices unfortunately overpriced (especially the drinks, much too expensive) but high quality of the dishes. All in all satisfied, unfortunately all the fun was very stressful for my wallet.

The location and the ambience are very nice. We sat right on the Weser, there was a very pleasant atmosphere. The service staff was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately clearly understaffed and could therefore not meet the requirements of the guests. Unfortunately, it all took a very long time. We had to wait 20 minutes for drinks ... I ordered the rump steak, which unfortunately was more rare than the medium ordered. Unfortunately it didn't taste good ... and so did two others who ordered this. The burger and the pikeperch fillet tasted good. So the restaurant has all the potential.

The seating is more reminiscent of a hotel restaurant. The rest is great! The ambience is right. Friendly and professional service. The view of the kitchen is clear. Everything is freshly prepared. The food tastes great. There is also something unusual on the menu, for example knipp burgers. Desserts are homemade and taste great. The wine selection is good. No importance is attached to the choice of beer. There are not many tables. A reservation is recommended. In summer you can sit outside.

Unfortunately, a letdown. It was only after a waiting time of 75 minutes for the food that we were informed that the kitchen had staff shortages. Knowing when ordering would have taken it into account. So we waited 90 minutes for the ordered food. The covered plates for a suspected greeting from the kitchen remained empty, beverage positions were neglected. Pity!

Fantastic meals, steaks are the best in Bremen,staff are wonderfull, frendly, very polite, very resonable prices, great wine, love the place.

Had a nice dinner with friends. Service was great, so was the fillet mignon. Highly recommend the basil risotto as a side dish.

The food tastes good, but the waiting time is extremely long and the service looks on demand not able to give information. We were pointed out, that we can see, that a lot to do and how small the kitchen was! For a Christmas party absolutely inappropriate! We have waited forever for the appetizer and the main course has been over two hours in coming! That does not make up for the taste. A shame! We will definitely not come back and do not recommend the restaurant.

Great ambience, friendly staff, fast place allocation, drinks order was still, finally we were to order food completely forgotten. The restaurant management should monitor the processes but times critically and adjust if necessary.

Quick assigning places, Drinks, - and food order separately. Drinks came quickly, but then you forgot about 30 minutes. to ask us about the Essenberstellung. End of the song, no further orders. We only paid for our drinks. Maybe it was because the manager who had served us before did not tell her employee we wanted food.

A slightly different selection of dishes. The selection of salads and pasta is small, with burgers there is a selection that differs from the competition. The quality was very high and it was well presented on the plate. The wine list is adorned with enough white wines, rosé wines as well as red wines. Many bottled wines are also offered. The white wine was perfectly chilled. To my amazement, the bottle of Groh Weißburgunder was more expensive than choosing individual glasses ... When the restaurant is busy, it gets very noisy. All in all well worth a visit. There are point deductions for the very high prices, as well as for the service, which did not shine with hospitality that evening.

Trendy restaurant in the Hotel Überfluss with a well-stocked wine list. Much open too. Culinary performance and service top! Recommendation! Inside or outside.

Make Bremen great again - Long Drinks with Woodland Gin, Burrata with Tomato Carpaccio, 7 Secrets Burgers, Grilled Tuna and Cheesecake were worth more than five stars ??

Four people ate dinner in abundance barbecue and loved it. Good food, good service, good wine. Service: The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was fix and attentive. The lady was attentive, made special requests possible and often asked if we still have requests. Only with the bill it took a moment, but otherwise top. Essen: The map of the new restaurant is in my opinion much more versatile than its predecessor. At a grill restaurant you usually only expect burgers and meat. That's different here. Above all, there are dishes for people who eat little or no meat. I like it, because it's a real alternative to the standard Grillgastro. We had a burger, a salad and twice a falafel dish. The food was really fix there, was well presented and we all tasted good. Ambience: Stylish I would say. We sat on the bench overlooking the Weser. Cool, I found the illuminated lettering "Make Bremen great again" on the wall. Since the kitchen is open, I also threw a look there and everything looked very new and clean. In short: we had a nice and relaxed evening with good food and wine. Clear recommendation!
